01
The spark
Getting around and sending things shouldn't need three apps.
Fleetvelar brings local rides, outstation trips and parcel delivery into one platform, with verified drivers and transparent fares.
I designed the customer app's interface, turning three services into one familiar experience.
02
The challenge
Different details, one simple flow.
Combine three services in one app without making any of them harder to use.
Rides, long-distance trips and parcels each need different details, from vehicle types to package information. And anyone booking a car or handing over a package needs to feel safe and in control of the price.
03
The approach
One booking pattern, three services, trust at every step.
I kept the way the app works identical across services, and changed only what each service needs.
- 01
A single service switcher
Ride, Outstation and Parcel sit side by side, so switching services changes the details, not how the app works.
- 02
Price and choice up front
Pickup, drop and vehicle options with transparent fares appear before booking, with no hidden charges.
- 03
Trust you can see
Verified-driver badges, ratings and live tracking for both rides and deliveries keep customers confident from booking to arrival.
04
The work
What I designed
Local & outstation rides
Book daily city trips or plan long-distance journeys from the same flow.
Parcel delivery
Send packages with trusted drivers and follow them to the door.
Real-time tracking
Live map tracking with clear trip and delivery status.
Safety & fair pricing
Verified, experienced drivers and upfront fares.
05
The outcome
Live on Google Play.
- Services in one app
- 3
- Booking flow for all of them
- 1
- On Google Play
- Live
Fleetvelar's customer app is live on Google Play with the interface I designed.
The gold-and-black brand carries through a calm, consistent UI where every service books the same way.

What I learned
What I'm taking forward
- 01
Consistency is a feature. One pattern for every service lowers the learning curve.
- 02
Trust signals belong in the main flow, not hidden on a profile screen.
- 03
Mobility apps live and die by clarity of price and time.
